This building was used in the past as a boat repair shop. The north side of the building served as the business. The south side of the building was the owner’s apartment. The apartment has not been completed but has great potential! A full bathroom is in place. Some of the kitchen cabinets have been installed and the rest of the cabinets are in the box waiting on install. There is plenty of space to add additional rooms/bedrooms for guests/hunters.
