The unmatched Brinkerhoff Mansion, built in 1869, is now on the National Historic Registry. Currently used as an “events venue”…with 8 individual office rentals on the 2nd floor for additional income! Since the restoration, the recent improvements are; inspection and needed repairs in 2024 with a partial roof replacement in 2025. South side steel basement door replaced in 2023, water heater 2022, HVAC 2017, front gutters and downspouts replaced in 2023. The events business and personal property are not included but could be purchased by other agreement. Events are booked thru-out 2026. Nine fireplaces, but only one is usable….it needs a new liner. Owner pays $201.25/month for shared mowing and snow removal with other “campus” owners. Very “unique”…. would not be financially feasible to replicate at todays cost!
