New roof in 2020. Building was completely remodeled in 2021 to a 6 station hair salon. New plumbing, wiring, HVAC, instant Hot water heater(gas)all new paint, flooring, 6 double sided stations, 3 shampoo bowls with attached reclining seats(very comfortable). 3 additional rooms-perfect for separate services. One of the additional rooms has a spray-tan booth already installed, just needs serviced. Exterior painted 2024. Screened in back porch area. City parking lot attached to the building for lots of parking. Currently has 2 stylists working. Barcom security System is installed and active.
